Do both. Increase penalties DRASTICALLY. Increase enforcement DRASTICALLY.Increase education DRASTICALLY. But who are we kidding? It’s never gonna change. And since it’s never gonna change, I’m glad that we have the freedom to manage the property I hunt the way we do.
