Since this thread has gone here I’ll say, it’s asinine for someone to be able to kill the same # of deer off of 2 acres that I can on 200. In that same vein, the 200 acre guy shouldn’t be able to kill as many as the 5000 acre club. It needs to be acreage based and tags.
What about guests? What about people that hunt multiple properties/counties? I personally have access to over a million acres. How many tags do I get?
Do people really report all deer they shot. Easy keep quiet, close the tail gate,keep the blood off the tail gate which a lot of folks leave on there, clean the deer hunt again tomorrow. Three I know of in freezers. I’ll bet good money this ole boy didn’t telling no one. Tags may help but still abused. As far as size of property,feed the right junk deer will run you over.
