Will be sitting with my son or cousin. Don't plan to carry a gun. Do 100% expect that there will be shots fired.

I’m taking the 1982 Rem. .270 BDL topped with Leupold VX2 3.5x10x40. Bought a sling for it at lunch. The first shootable deer I see will be labeled “the new computer software at my office” and I will shoot it.

Browning X-Bolt Medallion .30-06 Saved up money all summer when I was 15 to buy it. I had the price down to the penny. Didn't realize it, but I got it on tax free weekend and was able to go home with money in my pocket that I didn't plan on having. Never found another gun to fit me better.

I’ve tried to move on from this rifle for years but keep coming back to it. Only thing that changes seems to be the optic of choice.

Probably holding off til Sunday due to kids stuff all day sat, but depends on where I want to sit that morning.
Stand with less than 200yd shot, the .308 wilson combat NULA I just got. Stand with over 200yd shot, probably the bergara 7PRC. I took it shooting last weekend and it’s growing on me again…
