I sent a Browning Maxus back a few years ago. There was not shipping costs. Filled out a warranty request form and they sent me a shipping label. Sent it at a UPS Hub, not a regular UPS store.
Packaged it in a hard case and plane cardboard box. It was delivered back directly to me about a month later.
