Again the fallacy in the idea that everyone just needs to shoot more does to fix poor herd dynamics is right there in that Fayette/Jackson comparison…….For Jackson to fix any buck to doe ratio problems it starts with that 2800 number and not the 1900…….The truth is that the 1900 does being killed is probably in the ballpark of what holds the population stable from year to year…..To fix any ratios you likely need to kill about 1000 less bucks…..not 1000 more does……..
