Nice!! Can't hardly beat some homemade chicken noodle soup. I like to substitute the noodles with rice too.

Sweat your onion, celery, and carrots in some oil. Shread the rotisserie bords from the wal matksand throw in. Add a couple quarts of chicken stock from the store. Burl. Ad noodles. Spice it up. And you are done. It's really easy.
