Yep just thought we were lacking the annual shot placement thread. In another month there’s gonna be a bunch of threads about needing a tracking dog so they can go cut the antlers off little johnnys deer.

But wounding a deer is different than blowing a mouth off of one and making it starve death. Had to track a couple like this. When you start finding teeth during the track it is not a good sign. Things do happen though, even under 20 yds.

Glad it wasn't intentional.

In my humble opinion, head shots are NOT ethical shots to take on deer!
