This is going to be dick waggin' contest, just like people say the stock market threads are...
Look... Here's the deal. Good bourbon can vary significantly from person to person regarding taste. Also, depending when any particular bourbon was made and aged the taste can be different too. There are a lot of variables. Way too many variables to have winners and losers. Hell... Some of my favorites aren't even "Bourbon" they are Rye, American Whiskey or even (Heaven forbid) bottom shelf stuff like Evan Williams or Very Old Barton. Lots of people will drink a bourbon they know is expensive and rare and they will think it tastes good and tell everyone hoe good it tastes, because they "know" that it is supposed to taste good, because it's so expensive.
(All that same paragraph also applies to wine.)
Remember W.L Weller used to be less than $15 a bottle. Now it's fairly pricy if you can even find it at the liquor store. What changed other than perception?
I'm going to give you three bourbons that will not disappoint, always be good, won't break the bank, and if your snobby bourbon buddies look down on you, you can can tell them all to go to Hell.

It is bad to buy an expensive bottle of bourbon and have it taste rather unimpressive, but you don't want to admit to yourself or your bourbon snob buddies that it tastes anything other than magnificent, because you spent a bunch of money on it.
PS: I will have to agree with the other folks on the Four Roses Barrel Select. Don't buy the Single Barrel, the taste of it can vary greatly and it ain't always good. The Barrel Select is good if you want a little more refined bourbon that looks more impressive and also has the taste chops to go along with the price, which is still reasonable by the way.
The Japanese have learned how to make a good bourbon and have really turned Four Roses around from a bottom shelf bourbon to what it is today... A good bottom shelf bourbon with some higher end choices.

Eagle Rare is mighty fine. Also enjoy Heaven Hill. However, I’m very limited on what I can get at my local ABC. A buddy of mine and me would alternate buying a bottle for Saturday night suppers at the hunting (social) club. He showed up with a bottle of Old Forrester one week and though I was skeptical, I have to say it’s not bad for our application. It really comes down to how you are planning on enjoying it. For us, we are drinking whiskey and water throughout the night, so top shelf is not as important.

Not too expensive but tastes good to me. I’ll admit to one. Had wanted an Elijah Craig 18 yr for a few years but never got lucky enough to find one at a reasonable price. Finally found one and paid normal retail, which was $165. Was a huge disappointment. But that’s me. Others may love it.
