This kit is sold as a beginners set and is easy to use, it comes with the instructions too. This is ready to use, needs nothing other than the dies you wish to reload with. Its dusty from sitting so could use a cleaning. I think $250 for is more than fair for everything so price is firm. Im in Athens

Yep nothing wrong with the Lee equipment. Like K bush said I'd buy for just primers and powder.
