That's how corporate does it. An email can be ignored. You bring their ass in for a face to face and make them fit in the uniform. Now you see who's fit and who isn't. It sends a message not only to the Zeros but also the sends a message to the rest of the military.

You wanting to send emails is management.
Face to Face and setting standards is Leadership.
