My son has a baseball tournament in Florence on Saturday. Any recommendations on where to stay or not to stay? We don't need 5 star but also don't want to stay in a dump.

The RSA hotel. Probably a Marriott. I had the rsa flyer a bit ago and threw it out. Pretty sure it’s the Marriott Shoals.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

The Gun Runner is a cool place but probably not what you’re looking for
Marriott or other name brand places will be fine in Florence
Lots of places in Tuscumbia, muscle shoals area and minutes away from the ball park.
No bad areas where any of the well known places are

Take your boat and stay below wilson dam fishing while the tournament is going on.

The Marriott is nice…I drive by it daily going to work. Probably other cheaper options that are fine. Ol carter is right

Renaissance Shoals Resort and Spa. Stayed there several years ago for my sons’s State baseball tournament. Very nice place to stay for a few days.

We stayed at the shoals resort and spa a couple of months ago and it’s nice.
Restaurant, pool, bar, etc..
Everything woke turns to shucks
