That many Portland draws, on just members of this site, and all the alternates all getting upgraded to hunter and still getting alternate notifications for other hunts......something just doesnt sound right. I think it’s just people’s slots expiring from neither accepting or declining. I was still debating my first 4 slots when it expired and I got an email a couple hours later telling me I got selected for 4 more. I’m guessing they just keep running lottery every 72 hours based on what wasn’t accepted/declined
