I looked it up. Turning Point USA is a non-profit corporation with a board of directors. Shapiro is not on the board, there five (now four) Charlie was the chairman. They will have to follow the bylaws of the corporation if Shapiro is to have a seat or even a role in the organization. Obviously its too soon to tell what their decision will be but Shapiro has expressed direct interest.
