There are some pretty funny videos out there of libtards going into hysterics about losing their jobs because of their remarks online yesterday. This one is making the rounds. Looks like a tranny in pantyhose or something screaming like a dude who got kicked in the nuts. https://x.com/Basil_TGMD/status/1966510203718791278

And THAT further solidifies the FACT that they are mentally ill. Sane people do not, ON PURPOSE, video themselves in the midst of a full blown mentally deficient state of mind. Looking forward to each and every one finding themselves jobless and dumpster diving for scraps to eat.

You know, I tried it once a while back.....if it would simply make the ignored person not show up at all, as if they didn't exist, it'd be great, but it doesn't. It still shows someone you're ignoring posted something but "hides" their post. But then it just makes me curious as to what kind of nonsense they posted and I end up looking at it anyway.

If you work for me, you are a reflection of me and my business, while at work. Your appearance and Hygiene are a reflection of me. Your reputation is a reflection of me and my business. If you post ignorant shit on the internet and create a negative image of yourself, that negative image will follow you to work where it will not be tolerated. I will absolutely terminate an employee for Social Media post that can be negative and detrimental to my business. It is in my handbook that every employee signs.

I am honestly shocked that people BELIEVE they can say whatever they want on the Internet and BELIEVE there aren't repercussions for making their thoughts public. Same holds true for forums (i.e. Aldeer or any other service) - the words you use are recorded and can be viewed and certainly be used against you.

Absolutely. I generally keep my political and other opinions isolated to ALDEER. Where most of us are civil and reasonable, even if we throw shit at each other over stupid differences of opinion. Outside of here I make no political or religious statements at all. If you own a business, that's just a smarter way of going about things. My opinions on the world don't matter. My responsibility to provide honest work at a good rate is all that matters.

I’ve seen businesses close after wading into the abyss

Tens of thousands, especially during Covid.

One guy had a restaurant in a major league stadium in Cleveland until this morning. He ran his pie hole online and they evicted him this morning.

I'll add that I don't even say much here. Where I work, they will dang sure fire you for stupid internet crap.

That is definitely the way it should be when you own a business.
