"Hey ChatGPT...please write me a paragraph of gibberish that will make me feel smart, but doesn't actually mean anything relative to the discussion at hand You're trying to beat this down into a singularity so you can argue a point that does not hold true otherwise. That's not the real world. If you go firing people because you don't like what they say, you'll run out of competent specialists. There won't be enough nurses employed for everyone to be choosy. If an employer wants to do business there will be employees he can't fire. These are the ones who are put on leave or fired publicly then brought back quietly. A society which seeks to advance needs extraordinary people who do extraordinary things. Exceptionally intelligent people tend to get detached from reality and say and think things that are weird to everyone else. If you stifle such people you stifle your society.
The controls on this are homogeneity, monoculturalism and male leadership; not suppression of natural rights. We can return to such by reducing government and cutting taxes which supports so-called diversity, miscegenation and feminism.

There are some pretty funny videos out there of libtards going into hysterics about losing their jobs because of their remarks online yesterday. This one is making the rounds. Looks like a tranny in pantyhose or something screaming like a dude who got kicked in the nuts. https://x.com/Basil_TGMD/status/1966510203718791278

Sane people do not, ON PURPOSE, video themselves in the midst of a full blown mentally deficient state of mind. Looking forward to each and every one finding themselves jobless and dumpster diving for scraps to eat.

It's baffling that the same person espousing the importance of the First Amendment also apparently thinks a business owner shouldn't be allowed to decide who he employs or doesn't employ, and a business owner firing someone for saying/doing something that could be detrimental to his business is not "oppression". It's less baffling, though, when one considers that said person clearly has no idea what the First Amendment actually protects and doesn't protect. The 'Ignore' feature is a wonderful thing

The 'Ignore' feature is a wonderful thing You know, I tried it once a while back.....if it would simply make the ignored person not show up at all, as if they didn't exist, it'd be great, but it doesn't. It still shows someone you're ignoring posted something but "hides" their post. But then it just makes me curious as to what kind of nonsense they posted and I end up looking at it anyway.

If you work for me, you are a reflection of me and my business, while at work. Your appearance and Hygiene are a reflection of me. Your reputation is a reflection of me and my business. If you post ignorant shit on the internet and create a negative image of yourself, that negative image will follow you to work where it will not be tolerated. I will absolutely terminate an employee for Social Media post that can be negative and detrimental to my business. It is in my handbook that every employee signs.

I am honestly shocked that people BELIEVE they can say whatever they want on the Internet and BELIEVE there aren't repercussions for making their thoughts public. Same holds true for forums (i.e. Aldeer or any other service) - the words you use are recorded and can be viewed and certainly be used against you.

I generally keep my political and other opinions isolated to ALDEER. Where most of us are civil and reasonable, even if we throw shit at each other over stupid differences of opinion. Outside of here I make no political or religious statements at all. If you own a business, that's just a smarter way of going about things. My opinions on the world don't matter. My responsibility to provide honest work at a good rate is all that matters.

How many businesses or people have been ruined by the demonic left? Tens of thousands, especially during Covid. One guy had a restaurant in a major league stadium in Cleveland until this morning. He ran his pie hole online and they evicted him this morning.
