There are a couple of fallacies with your comment....

first, nobody has made these people an "outlaw" thanks to......wait for it.....the First Amendment. Their comments, no matter how vile and evil, are not illegal.

second, nobody is evicting these people from their homes over their comments...they're being fired from their [presumably private sector] jobs for being idiots. The First Amendment doesn't guarantee your right to work at a job even if the boss thinks you're an idiot who is negatively impacting their bottom line by your stupidity.

I gave the king making outlaw as an example to illustrate the point. The which appears to have missed you. Obviously, we have no kings here.

Have you ever considered how we are again coming to being tied to a specific circumstance for our living? We need people to be able to go to college and graduate school, then make a living in a specialty necessary for all our advancement. Fear of losing everything because of personal opinions will prevent people from pursuing avenues we need to be lead down..It takes extraordinary people to do extraordinary things.

Sacrificing natural rights for oppression is not a solution to offensive opinions. Rather than suppressing natural rights, we should consider that we would have less division and strife in a more homogeneous, monocultural society.

It's baffling that the same person espousing the importance of the First Amendment also apparently thinks a business owner shouldn't be allowed to decide who he employs or doesn't employ, and a business owner firing someone for saying/doing something that could be detrimental to his business is not "oppression". It's less baffling, though, when one considers that said person clearly has no idea what the First Amendment actually protects and doesn't protect.

First amendment gives you the freedom to speak your mind….

First Amendment does not give you freedom from the consequences of what you say.

In all honesty, if you had one of these people as your critical care nurse and your life depended on them.

how would you feel about their celebration of death of a person who they don’t like?

What if they did not like you?

Would you Be ok with her administrating your meds?

These people have no place in polite society, pretty simple.

The First doesn't give you anything. It protects what you're born with.

There's no way to get enough nurses if you fire all the ones who think things you don't like. That's not a free speech issue. It's function of liberally grown government and melting pot nonsense, funded by egregious taxation.

The Ole Miss bitch getting fired is my favorite one. Maybe her restaurant won’t do so well either. I don’t understand how people that own businesses will run off potential customers with their stupid opinions and thoughts on social media.

Everyone has tried to be relatively polite so far, but every time you post on this topic you make it more and more clear you have no idea what the First Amendment says and what it actually protects. You'd do well to educate yourself a bit instead of continuing to show your ignorance on the topic.

First Amendment
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

There is nothing there that protects you from being fired for being an idiot. Like it or not, "them's the facts"

They can think all they want but once they open their pie hole and spout vile hate they should be held to account.

Once again, First amendment does not protect you from the consequences of stupidity coming out of your mouth.

It protects you from government punishment for speaking.

And you never addressed the question, would you feel comfortable with a vile person filled with hate in their heart injecting you in a clinical environment?

I had a lady doing my EKG saying she gets it when the CEO was assassinated. I really pissed her off when I said greed is good at times. 😂

If I see the outlandish and vile posts being spewed and then I walk in your business to them as your employee ….there’s a good chance I’m out and not coming back to your business, especially if I’m spending a good bit of money and don’t know you, personally.

It's not their "private life" when they're posting it publicly....the first Amendment says they can't be arrested for saying it, it does not say that their employers cannot disassociate with them for choosing to publicly say/do something that could potentially financially harm the company, or their company's public reputation, due to their association

Exactly. Doesn’t mean there won’t be consequences. Think Dixie Chicks.

You're going backwards. The First Amendment protects a natural right which exists whether anyone else likes it or not. Saying an employer should be able to fire you is like saying the king should be able to evict you. You are separated from your living and made outlaw because you exercised a natural right.
If someone working for me doesn’t share the same core values and vision as I do then they are gone. Period. They have the right to free speech and I have the right to terminate because they’re a reflection of me and my business

You're trying to beat this down into a singularity so you can argue a point that does not hold true otherwise. That's not the real world. If you go firing people because you don't like what they say, you'll run out of competent specialists. There won't be enough nurses employed for everyone to be choosy. If an employer wants to do business there will be employees he can't fire. These are the ones who are put on leave or fired publicly then brought back quietly. A society which seeks to advance needs extraordinary people who do extraordinary things. Exceptionally intelligent people tend to get detached from reality and say and think things that are weird to everyone else. If you stifle such people you stifle your society.

The controls on this are homogeneity, monoculturalism and male leadership; not suppression of natural rights. We can return to such by reducing government and cutting taxes which supports so-called diversity, miscegenation and feminism.

The government can not make what you say illegal and prosecute you for it. An employer, whether it be government or private sector, can fire you for your words.

And - it's glorious to watch. It's entertaining the living snot out of me.
