I have worked on several campuses around where I live. It’s not that hard to walk to a rooftop. Will you be on camera? Probably. Just like this guy was. Most of those camera systems are not monitored. Just recorded. I just looked at it on Google Earth. Access is so easy it is flat out dumb. There is an outdoor stairwell that leads right to the roof. That’s what I’m saying No conspiracy just just some dumbass that got lucky in his world It’s not difficult to plan anything with all the information at a fingertip/iphone available today
