I have worked on several campuses around where I live. It’s not that hard to walk to a rooftop. Will you be on camera? Probably. Just like this guy was. Most of those camera systems are not monitored. Just recorded. I just looked at it on Google Earth. Access is so easy it is flat out dumb. There is an outdoor stairwell that leads right to the roof.
