I have worked on several campuses around where I live. It’s not that hard to walk to a rooftop. Will you be on camera? Probably. Just like this guy was. Most of those camera systems are not monitored. Just recorded.
I was about to say. Seriously doubt anyone is manning those cameras. They’re more for figuringnourbhwatvhappening than preventing anything. I’m sure certain building have more surveillance than others.
