I don't think a person should get fired for exercising their First Amendment protected right to free speech in their private life. If you're doing it while on the clock, then that's another story.

In all honesty, if you had one of these people as your critical care nurse and your life depended on them.
how would you feel about their celebration of death of a person who they don’t like?
What if they did not like you?
