There are a couple of fallacies with your comment....

first, nobody has made these people an "outlaw" thanks to......wait for it.....the First Amendment. Their comments, no matter how vile and evil, are not illegal.

second, nobody is evicting these people from their homes over their comments...they're being fired from their [presumably private sector] jobs for being idiots. The First Amendment doesn't guarantee your right to work at a job even if the boss thinks you're an idiot who is negatively impacting their bottom line by your stupidity.

I gave the king making outlaw as an example to illustrate the point. The which appears to have missed you. Obviously, we have no kings here.

Have you ever considered how we are again coming to being tied to a specific circumstance for our living? We need people to be able to go to college and graduate school, then make a living in a specialty necessary for all our advancement. Fear of losing everything because of personal opinions will prevent people from pursuing avenues we need to be lead down..It takes extraordinary people to do extraordinary things.

Sacrificing natural rights for oppression is not a solution to offensive opinions. Rather than suppressing natural rights, we should consider that we would have less division and strife in a more homogeneous, monocultural society.
