Probably him entering and he had it stashed there ahead of time It seems like if there are cameras there running 24/7 and not just when there is some event going on then there should be footage of him or someone else toting a rifle or large encased item to that area I would think. Even if someone used a drone to drop a package off it seems like that would have been seen on footage somewhere as well.

They very well may have such and just arent releasing it yet.....Those pics we're getting are just the ones they're putting out in an attempt to identify him......It sounds like they have found him though now according to the latest updates

I've worked in colleges for 32 years, and you don't casually stroll up onto the roofs of college buildings unless you're part of the maintenance staff. It wouldn't be something you could do without some planning. Even at poor community colleges you would be on security footage almost everywhere you went.
