There is no point in me posting all the X links but probably hundreds of idiots are getting fired across the country for rejoicing in the murder of Charlie Kirk. The majority of them appear to be state and local government employees, school teachers, firemen, police, and corporate executives who jack-off on Linkedin all day.
These same people are the one's who went after many conservatives job's for saying far less harsh things during the Obama cycle of tyranny.
Turn around is fair play, phuck'em.

If you want to get disgusted, check out democraticunderground.com It's a D moonbat forum.

I don't think a person should get fired for exercising their First Amendment protected right to free speech in their private life. If you're doing it while on the clock, then that's another story.

It's not their "private life" when they're posting it publicly....the first Amendment says they can't be arrested for saying it, it does not say that their employers cannot disassociate with them for choosing to publicly say/do something that could potentially financially harm the company, or their company's public reputation, due to their association

While I think what they are saying is callous, the fact remains if HIllary, Obama, Joe, or any of these slimy dem's bought the farm, we (mostly all of us) would be glad to see them go, and might even say something to that effect. I know I would.

You're going backwards. The First Amendment protects a natural right which exists whether anyone else likes it or not. Saying an employer should be able to fire you is like saying the king should be able to evict you. You are separated from your living and made outlaw because you exercised a natural right.

I would go buy fireworks and keep the neighbors up all night if Hitlary or Hussein caught a bullet.

The constitution does not allow the government to restrict your 1st amendment rights.

Alabama is an at will state. My company, my rules as long as I don’t fire you illegally (discrimination, retaliation or breach of contract) I can fire you whenever I want for any reason other than previously stated.

There are a couple of fallacies with your comment....

first, nobody has made these people an "outlaw" thanks to......wait for it.....the First Amendment. Their comments, no matter how vile and evil, are not illegal.

second, nobody is evicting these people from their homes over their comments...they're being fired from their [presumably private sector] jobs for being idiots. The First Amendment doesn't guarantee your right to work at a job even if the boss thinks you're an idiot who is negatively impacting their bottom line by your stupidity.

Correct. Freedom from government isn't the same as freedom from consequences. No right forces the employer to associate with a psychopath. I'm good with firing and ruination. And frankly, they need to be scared to stick their head out the door, at least until they're evicted. I'm tired of the shit. I'll refrain from further comments, but I will say I'm kinda in scorched earth mode and won't shed a tear if what needs done gets doin.
