I was in Saudi Arabia before, during and after Desert Storm. They handle criminals brutally, but it absolutely deters crime. The only crimes I saw over there was committed by other service members.
You’ll never stop a person willingly wanting to die for Allah, but day in and day out it absolutely does. Tougher penalties equate to less crime. I mean LOOK at what’s happening with the opposite scenarios now. Accountability matters I agree with that
