One of the guys on Real Americas Voice news said that CK always wore a vest and that the bullet hit the best and ricocheted up and into his neck/ throat area. There is a slo-mo video of the impact and that's exactly what it looks like happened. I won't post the video but it's on kirk lubimov's X page

Looks like the original impact was just below the neck of his shirt on the right side then ricocheted up into the left side of his neck. Explains why you see his shirt move the way it did.

Most vests are made so that a steel plate can be inserted over the chest area. I worked with a lot of guys that fretted over this very thing happening.

Good plates are made from UHMWPE (Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) now. Better plates are a pe and ceramic composite. The flack jackets we started with weighed 17-18 pounds, then they moved us to a balcs and spear units, then 25 pound unit and now a 30 pound one. My current civilian unit is beyond cutting edge at 2.6 lbs per plate and 0.9" thick. New material is in development that will cut that in half. Ricochets happen all the time. The further the shot angle is from perpendicular, the more likely a ricochet. I've been hit with more spalled jacket case material than I care to remember. Until about ten years ago, a piece would break loose and work it's way out about once a year. Real pita.

Thats the conspiracy, and Charlie was worried about Israel killing him, he said so. Over the last few months he had been highly critical of Israel and how they were aggressively trying to stop free speech about them. He was on Megan Kelly's podcast talking about it. He didnt like that Israeli pedophiles were getting a free pass and he did not like how much control AIPAC has over our politicians. It makes perfect sense because they have done these things before.
It also makes sense that the shooter could have come from the Utah Romney/Cheney camp who had a big bone to pick with Charlie. That is their territory and they have enough local influence over the local law enforcement and campus security to cause enough misdirection to allow the real shooter to escape like he did. Jason Chaffetz on FOX yesterday said many times, this is Utah its primarily LDS Church of the Latter Day Saints territory.
Because of the way it went down, Occam's Razor points to one of those two groups. Israel or Romney/Cheney.

I believe if the upper levels of government, whoever that may be, did it, it wouldn’t have been done publicly. Yall are correct, it was done to send a message. That’s why we can tell it was a lower level dimtard idiot. Liberalism is all about deceit. This is why they have to control the media. The higher ups don’t want their party knowing that they can kill like that. They don’t need to send a message. They just want to keep the fleecing of voters going so they can keep making millions off their backs. If they needed CK gone they would have done it as silently as possible.

I maybe wrong but this doesn’t make sense that it’s a job done by an American government agency or the higher ups groups that supposedly run America. Just my opinion. Hopefully we will find out the truth soon.

The shooter understood the security layout of the venue well ahead of time so that he could take the shot from an optimal position and make a successful exit largely avoiding most of the CCTV cameras. Investigators were also given the decoy guy and another false lead to give the shooter ample time to escape.

Bullet flattened out and sliced right through his carotid. Carotid artery much worse than jugular vein as it supplies blood to the brain. Jugular is returning blood to heart/lungs.

Was this an inside job meant to be an attempt on his life (unknown to Charlie) for some unknown agenda? Would make sense that a trained sniper could hit center mass (Plate) and he survives. The bullet didn't cooperate and traveled up the plate and hit neck.

It can go both ways. A big event assassination sends a clear message to others.

It could be a well planned group effort or an individual. Like most I think it was several involved in planning. In today’s world planning such an attack isn’t that difficult. Online there is numerous resources to plan with. Heck OnX and other similar Apps one could plan location and measure distances from several vantage points. You could then research those buildings and find the stairwells etc and esvape routes.
A couple of weeks to plan and practice shot distances and could’ve traveled from anywhere to get there.
