Im with bullseye. I have always said when there is doubt then a trial is needed. In open and shut cases like this there should be no defense. There is no need for trial and rehabilitation for this guy. Save the money and spend it on programs that can make a difference. This guy should be put down as soon and as inhumanly as possible.
