Shouldnt matter one bit. If you are so mentally ill, that you are a repeat criminal offender and a danger to society, and you openly murder someone on camera, society should not have to pay annually to keep you locked up somewhere just because you are mentally ill. You should be summarily executed, expeditiously. In this case, with the video clearly showing him stabbing her in the neck as soon as she sits down, he should make his first appearance before a judge, the judge should declare him guilty of murder, and he should be hung by the neck until dead, or just tossed into a ready and waiting wood chipper, within 5 minutes of the judge's conviction. When there is clear evidence like this, there's no reason for him to get a state paid attorney, spend money on prosecution, or have to keep him in jail awaiting a long trial. In this case specifically, none of that is needed. Just put him down just like you would a rabid dog that is aggressive and has bitten and injured someone, and move on to the next one. There are plenty that need it. Same with the Pedos in AL the other day. It's really a simple issue.
