It's past time we had a national conversation about the homicide rate in the black males age 15 to 34 classification. The rate is off the charts. They should not be given a free pass. And much of it is killing themselves but too much is spilling over to the innocent. Numerous people that I know well including close friends have been shot by young blacks.
