Here's a topic I've been having with my co-workers. I turn 62 next March. I've said I'm drawing my Social Security. They keep telling me if you wait till I'm 70, I'll get more. I know this, but may not even be around at 70. My health isn't all that great at 61. I'm drawing my money while I can. Been paying in since I was 15. Gonna get it while I can.
And add to that thinking is the fact that while you are still able, you can find something part time, or full time if you want, that will make up any difference in money. Get it while you can is what I would advise someone in your shoes.
