If I had my way the cost would be reciprocal with whatever state your coming from charges Alabama residents to hunt in their state. It will be a little more work on the staff, but is the best way to look after the interests of the hunters, especially AL residents that want to hunt in another state. Make em pay if they want to come here and hunt our deer and turkeys if they are going to jack us on their game animals. Of course, as always I would have an exception for active military personnel. They would be treated like residents.
Can't really do that cause most states have a license fee and separate tag fees PLUS Bama isn't worth the price of a lot of other states if you go by trophy/mature animal chances OR enough public land to justify it it imo...
