I’ve got a few spots where you can’t get a truck/ATV anywhere close to the feeder, and it’s a long walk in. Carrying 50 lb corn bags on the shoulder gets old fast.

Has anybody found a setup that makes this easier?
• Heavy-duty backpacks or frame packs that can comfortably haul 50–100 lbs (brand/model suggestions welcome)
• Deer carts that handle roots/sand/mud without bogging down

What are y’all using that holds up and doesn’t beat you to death on a long haul?

Thanks!

Heavy duty laundry bag or Army duffle/back pack

The seek one boys will be coming out with a bag specifically for this. Plus, it will have side pockets for cameras and such.

I have used a backpack. Not to hard if its fairly flat or your in good shape. A cart with large pneumatic tires might work.

Must be a rough place to not be able to get a 4-wheeler close. 🤦‍♂️

I haven't toted corn, but 50# on a pack frame isn't too bad even in rough terrain. I'm assuming you've been backpacking and know how to adjust the straps and belt. I would not do 100# unless I were much younger. You joints aren't made for that.

I hate cypress knees. I have used a deer cart, but still a PITA.

I use my Exo pack if the walk in is too rough or far to just carry it.
