The case has been handed off to other than original LEO investigators. Does this indicate that somebody on the original LEO side was too close to carry out an open, objective, professional and honest investigation? Whatever the reason(s) it has been handed to the Franklin County Sheriff and Madison County DA's offices to complete the investigation.
