Nausea and vomiting are common early on. "Typically," those side effects will subside in the first 3-4 days, most folks it is only about 24 hours of nausea. Once you get used to it, the first day you will be nauseous, but that is about it. Everyone is different and some folks are more sensitive to it than others. If you acclimate and do well, don't be surprised if it happens like this again when you ramp up a dose. You will take 1 dose a week for a month before you start ramping up. If it works for you and you get to a healthy weight, blood sugar is in check and your A1C is good, you will probably go to every 2 weeks and in some I have seen every 3.
