ok - i think my old Primos Truth cam might finally be giving out … what’s the best cheap/budget option to replace it?
i don’t want a new fangled cell cam - just a plain jane one that takes AA batteries & SD cards & good still pics (no video)
let me know - tia

Browning.

Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.

My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

I have2-3 old ones in the closet I have been meaning to get rid of because I like the instant gratification of cellular. I can send them to you and if they work send Skinny a few Pennie’s.

My new favorite cams are Gardepro. I have the model above this one, but have seen several posts on another board with these A50s. They take outstanding pics and video for the price.

Honestly…browning has been my least favorite. Stealth cam was a little better. The best was a bushnell hd. Joker lasted for years never being taken off the tree lol

I have three of these, they are great for the money. Better than the new browning cams.

Tascos from Walmart for $30 perform just as well as any other non cell cam, you can get a protection plan for like $2 just in case

I have some old Moultries that have held up well and are all chewed up by squirrels and full of ants but they keep working. Have a newer 4 battery one and it sucks.

I’ve got a few Muddy 20mp that’s been going for a year straight. Only downtime is every two weeks when I check cards. Great trigger speed and pictures are good and detailed. Example is a recent picture of a doe and twins last week. You can count the spots on the fawns from about 10 yards away. You can clearly make a fox out at 30 yards away at night also. They are the twin pack kit BSP sales for $80. Batteries have lasted 10 months before I changed them out. They still had life in them though. On average I have about 700-1000 pics every two weeks so they definitely get a workout. I need to get a few more to place in a few more areas on our borders. Midway has the same camera on sale for $30 right now but they don’t come with batteries or SD card like the BSP kit does. They also take video but haven’t tested that out

I've got some just like that tree dweller, put them on gates.
Trying to make sure I didn't have any unwanted guests. Caught some people parking and a women's big ol fat ass wiping after words. And a few deer. Lmao, true story.

Love a good hunting story, love my family and friends. Some people you can't, but acted like do.
