My mom dries the filets really good, then brushes on a thin layer of melted butter. Rolls it in pulverized saltine crackers. I mean almost a powder not much thicker than corn meal. Coat the filets real heavenly, then cook it on a foil covered pan in the oven. Good stuff!
Love a good hunting story, love my family and friends. Some people you can't, but acted like do.
