Been watching some soverign citizen traffic stops and court proceedings on youtube. They seem to be a bunch of looney tunes. They trade a simple traffic violation they purposefully committed, usually expired tag or no insurance, for an arrest, time in jail and time in court where they look like idiots. It never shows how these cases turn out. Do they ever win, based on their stated beliefs? Several state laws in Blacks law book, which was written 100 years ago and i reckon theres quite a few new or changed laws since then. Do they ever win? If not, why do somany people keep buying into this nonsense?

It appears to turn out the same way every time. They mouth off about law suits and such. Surely if they had ever been successful in a lawsuit it would get out and everybody would be doing it.

Most of the folks on YouTube that I see that are claiming "sovereign citizenship" also believe Wakanda is a real country.

Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

I used to know there vice president. I believe it cost him his job. Its hard to keep passing FBI background checks and be a sovereign citizen.

If they wanna travel they still can
On a horse. Vehicles weren’t covered in the constitution.
There was a guy that had his license revoked cause of DUIs and was well known by the cops. Well they saw him driving in muscle shoals and pulled him over
Claimed sovereign citizenship and wouldn’t exit the vehicle. He was live on Facebook during all this some were watching in real time. Some showed up to watch in person. 45 minutes later he existed the vehicle under force. Tasers, broken windows and screaming like a girl. One of the guys knew him and we had a big laugh a few days later replaying him exiting.
He was charged and booked into custody. Lost his probation and back to the poky and pretty sure the new charges stuck

I’d think most LEO’s would go on high alert soon as they hear sovereign citizen. Read FBI considers them a domestic terrorist threat. What I’ve seen there nuts and all the traffic stops turn out bad for them. Normal people just don’t act like that.

A "sovereign citizen" obtained a fake deed to my dad's house, which has never had a mortgage, and tried to take it. Ended up in court and was fine, but cost my dad a lot of time and money. She was 100% crazy. Said she bought the house for $10.

In violation of the law just about as soon as you leave the road the state owns. Their argument just dont hold water. Theyre quoting old laws. Alot of things have changed and the laws have changed to accomodate the times. If possible, i would strike a deal with our govt, you leave me alone and ill leave you alone, but me getting back and forth to where i need to go throws a wrench in all of that. I dont have a problem with laws. My problem is with our lawmakers we elect making laws to benefit them at our expense. Thats what we need to address.

True
You but you don’t see the Amish getting pulled over in their buggies.
Thats a place one can live out a sovereign life if one wants that.

I’m a sovereign disguised as a regular law abiding citizen.
What this means is I live like a free man though I know I’m not. I exist outside the norms and don’t draw attention.
