I'm not selling or bragging on these. I just got the thing. I couldn't resist trying one. I don't spend big bucks for hi/res shots.

I know you asked for non cellular, but The best deal is the Moultrie edge 2 double pack at Buccees. They had them on a sale where you could get 4 cellular cameras for $25 each. I bought 16 of them for $400. Best part is you don’t have to buy a memory card for them. It’s built in. Runs off 8 or 16 AA batteries which would be pricey if you ran 16 lithium. $8/month per camera unlimited pictures.

To the OP. I have used Tasco and the Primos clones that followed with success for many years.
Lost a few and didn't grieve over it.

In reality it’s more money than I need to be spending on pictures of deer, but I also have 14 Spartans scattered over 2 properties in Illinois and one in Indiana. Not a single shooter on any of them, which really pisses me off.
