Game check wasn't implemented until 2013 to get an idea of the number of deer harvested in the state. That chart goes up to 2011. How accurate you reckon that data is?
I think its plenty accurate enough to conclude that doe harvest went WAY up the last time we went to two per day.......
The only truth you can conclude from that is that doe harvest reports went up.
