Depends on size of machine . Bout $150 is low as it gets for a small machine around here. Most guys charge a minimum to cover moving , say 4-8 hours.
Sizing the machine to the job is important along with a GOOD operator . The operator can make you or break you. If you are moving dirt and taking out sizable trees , get a midsized - large machine. Sweeping out roads , pushing small stuff , not moving dirt a long ways , a small machine will work. If you are working in timber and not taking it out , it is possible to get a machine that's too big.

Too many people spend money they don't have , on things they don't need, to impress people they don't know.
