When did this become a thing? I don’t ever remember a kid in school growing up with a nut allergy. My son’s elementary school is peanut free, and my daughter’s preschool is completely nut free. No peanuts, peanut butter, almond butter, Nutella, etc.
I ate thousands of pb&j’s in school growing up. We deal with kids at church all the time. Allergies are crazy now.
