The other case hasn’t proven any of the beaten ones said it either.
They both were defending themselves or property to some degree.
My point is neither situation is ok I agree. Neither situation is ok. Both are unacceptable. You shouldn’t have to worry about a group of people ganging up on you anywhere for any reason. But you do have to worry about it. Doesn’t make it right, it’s just reality.
