Just got a notice that Gov. Ivey chose Charlanna Skaggs. All I know about her is that she is a lawyer. I did take notice of the announcement said Gov. Ivey appointed her and not the Board appointed her. From what I got out of the announcement, they are just moving people around that have been swimming in the Alabama swamp for their entire careers.
