How much he pays to raise them vs how much we pay to raise them.
THERE is the WHOLE root of the problem. Yep. You hit the nail on the head. The government leaders that the US citizens put into office changed the culture of black people. Early after slavery ended, the black culture was hard working, God fearing people that married each other and stayed married. The Democratic Party has ruined their culture pandering to them for votes. Their culture has changed dramatically since the days of sharecropping.
