I’ve seen more and more black people speaking out against this type of behavior than in the past. Even comparing it to the way blacks were treated in the past. That biotch should be charged with inciting violence.

I was watching one of the you tube vids of the attack, in it the narrator of the vid says it shows what looked like the white man slapping at the black dude first and the black dude going all out on the white dude... next thing you know it's a curb stomping of the white folks by what appears to be all the black folks were dispensing their rage and for what reason is still not being told.

Knocking the white chick out was uncalled for, that person needs some serious jail time. Because of this, what appears to be secrecy, no motive of what started it , I would suppose it was a terrorist racist mob stalking knock out game type of crime.

That city council woman Parks should resign or be fired if possible and Their police chief , is a joke, her making chief is a blatant move at showing off how the city loves DEI and using it to mock true Law enforcement. First vid , some harmless back and forth posturing should have ended before it got started but looks like a white dude shove with open hand more than it does a slap... second vid same,,, then the black attack begins . It didn't really call for the fierce onslaught that ensued. WE really need to get to what instigated it from the start.... we may never know.

I was kind of waiting for this and Skinny touched on it for me. I was waiting for everyone to start screaming Hate Crime, which it may well be, but proving it is the issue. Just because you were assaulted by another race, does not mean you can prove a statutory Hate Crime. People have a hard time understanding this concept because it is not what they want the situation to be.

To prove a Hate Crime you have to show that the Crime was not only committed on a person of another race, but that the crime was committed because the person was another race. Because being the operational term. What may seem obvious to you or me, without the evidence, it is a no go on Hate Crime prosecution. You have to have evidence that they said, wrote, or somehow communicated that they were intending to assault a person of another race prior to the offense. Trust me, I've tried to explain this a million times in my role at the Selma PD. A lot of people fail to grasp this or just don't want to grasp it.

The whole concept of a hate crime is rediculous. If you murder someone it really doesn’t matter why.

All I know is this. Someone pops my wife, they're gonna get a beat down. And I'll probably stomp their head too. But if they gang up, like that video. I'mma punch a bunch of holes in folks and let the lord sort them out. Don't go unarmed, anywhere. Ever. Especially when you have a majority black crowd. The chances of something bad happening are always enhanced in that situation and it's a better idea to just stay away all together.
