I agree IG; I have used it for 23 years. Just re-modeled my master bath and probably saved over $1000 on the plumbing fixtures buying most of them on eBay.
And ; when I have needed assistance; you can get a live; well prepared support person on the phone in less than 2 minutes. Try talking to someone on Amazon.
I even sold a turkey call for $700. It's great company.
