I typically only buy from sellers with 100% positive feedback AND a fairly high volume of transactions. You can click on his rating and see who gave him poor reviews and why. I buy a fair amount of electrical and PLC parts from eBay. I do the same as BCLC and have rarely had a problem. When I've had to actually interact with a person on eBay, I've been treated better than by many of the local electrical retailers. I may have just been lucky, but take it for what it is worth.
