I"m past ready to see some of them removed. I don't know that the numbers are there and certainly the willingness is in question. But it's time. SC already ruled recently on this shit. If they're determined, then time to remove them.
Character is not developed in moments of temptation and trial. That is when it is intended to be used.

Supreme court just ruled against this sort of thing so how exactly does this get shot down? Not in just this situation, but in all situations, if we have activist judges issuing rulings that go against the supreme court, how is it stopped?
