One big fat blue on the popper this morning and caught three Spanish on a spoon, one flopped down in a crack between the rocks and couldn’t be recovered. It’s experiences and trips like these that make it harder and harder to turn my truck and boat north and head home. I’m moving to the coast before I get too old. I’m gonna build a pier and then fish for a week (or maybe 3), build another one, then fish or maybe even hunt for at least a week. Continuously getting to do that, would be an awesome retirement.
