Deals are out there, but most are off market acquisitions and in that $1-2K range mentioned. Now that the ink is dry, $1200/acre for 25 acres. Nice stand of mixed pine/hardwood timber with a decent amount of saw timber. Had power to a trailer at one time.
"Cull" is just another four letter word...
