We only have 34 acres but it’s well placed. Could have bought more raw land for the same price but this came with a few camphouses and other nice facilities, well, power. Landowner behind and to the side of me has 2600 acres that they treat as a family hunting preserve but there’s rarely anyone there. But I believe the point tracks IF you can find the right place and afford it.
