If the large landowner wanted it he should of bought it.
As an owner of a 20ac tract in the middle of a large landowner, I am very happy with my purchase and it's better than most hunting clubs.
I will say i hunt it responsibly - i don't over hunt it or shoot very much ...so at least the large landowner has got me as a neighbor and not a mass murder.
But see I understand the dynamic and why the hunting is good and I don't want to ruin that. I have other places to hunt.
And no, I don't lease land anymore. I'd rather save to buy another small tract somewhere. And of course Im going to be looking at location, access, neighbors, etc before pulling the trigger.
